Family enjoying a bright, comfortable home
Comfort is more than a new box outside. It is how the whole home feels.

01 — Find your path

Start with what your home is telling you.

There is no need to know every program detail first. Choose the situation that sounds most familiar, and Landis will help you turn it into the right conversation.

One home can have several comfort levers. The point is to see which ones belong in the same plan.

02 — See the difference

Two paths. One easier decision.

Landis does not force every home into the same job. Start with the scope that matches the problem, then verify today’s program terms before work begins.

PSE&G HVAC Instant Rebates

Replace the equipment that needs attention.

A direct Landis HVAC project is often the clearest fit when heating, cooling, or water-heating equipment is the primary issue.

    03 — Plan the numbers

    Make the tradeoff visible.

Use the controls to explore a realistic planning illustration. It is not a quote or program approval, but it can make the right questions much easier to ask.

    Build an illustrative project.

    $14,000
    $12,000$16,000
    $6,000
    $5,000$7,000
    −$5,000
    $4,000$7,500

Build a planning snapshot, not a pre-selected package. Start with a common scenario or choose “I’m not sure” and let Landis identify the right equipment and program path.

What are you most likely considering?
The exact indoor/outdoor system match must also meet the published EER2 requirement.
A common 96% two-stage furnace fits the efficiency band, but existing equipment conditions still matter.
The listed gas measures require replacing a non-condensing unit. Landis confirms this.
A tankless model such as Navien NPE-180 needs its exact UEF confirmed.

Landis will verify the AHRI match and the existing gas-equipment condition before confirming eligibility.

Whole-home figures are assessment-led planning examples. The equipment snapshot uses the PSE&G eligible-measures sheet provided to Landis (effective Jan. 1, 2025; revision shown Aug. 6, 2025) and must be checked against current program rules. It is not a quote, rebate approval, or equipment recommendation.

      Savings explorer

See why a whole-home conversation can be worth it.

Choose a planning scenario. Savings are illustrative only; actual energy results depend on the home, measures installed, weather, and how the home is used.

      $2,400
      $1,200$6,000
      Annual planning figure$480
      Monthly planning figure$40
      10-year planning figure$4,800

At a 20% planning scenario, $2,400 of annual energy spending could be reduced by about $480 per year. Actual savings vary and are not guaranteed.

      04 — Explore the matchups

The equipment matters. So does the exact match.

The estimator above helps you build a potential snapshot. These reference cards make the PSE&G listed measures easier to understand without pretending every home gets the same system or rebate.

      Common A/C + furnace

      $600

      A possible starting point.

15.2 SEER2 A/C plus a common 96% two-stage gas furnace can point to two listed measures—if the AHRI match and existing-unit conditions check out.

      Water-heating choices

      $240–$450

      Tank, tankless, or heat pump.

Power-vent tanks, qualifying tankless models, indirect tanks, and heat-pump water heaters have different listed measures and conditions.

      Other HVAC pathways

      $300–$1,050

      Heat pumps, boilers, and combis.

Different system types can have very different listed measures—especially when the home uses radiators, baseboard heat, or an integrated combi.

The listed values are taken from the PSE&G eligible-measures sheet supplied to Landis, effective Jan. 1, 2025 (revision shown Aug. 6, 2025). PSE&G program terms can change, and the current official program page says final eligibility depends on a participating contractor’s review. A few straight answers

      Good questions deserve clear answers.

The program terms matter. So do the practical details of your home. Here are the questions Landis hears most often before a project begins.

Will the website tell me exactly what I qualify for?

No. It is designed to make the options understandable, not to make an approval decision. Actual equipment eligibility, PSE&G account status, project scope, incentives, and payment terms need to be verified before work begins.

What is the practical difference between the two paths?

An equipment-first project focuses on the HVAC or water-heating need. A whole-home project begins with an assessment-led view of the equipment, air leakage, insulation, comfort, safety, and sizing questions together.

Who handles the whole-home weatherization work?

Landis coordinates the mechanical HVAC scope. B&E Energy Solutions handles the assessment-led weatherization, Manual J/S, modeling, and program paperwork portion when a whole-home project is the right fit.

Are the payment and savings tools quotes?

No. They are interactive planning illustrations using the project examples shown on this page. They do not guarantee a price, payment amount, energy savings, program approval, financing approval, or rebate.

What if I just need heating or cooling help quickly?
